Why is it that with vista basic you can only save your pictures as "ART OR BITMAP" files and then when you go to open them or get them for sigs or something you get told these files are not supported and you cannot open them ....????

why cant we save our pics as jpeg....

i have no idea because i use premium (you shouldn't of gone with basic cause it just isn't enough)
