HOW CAN I SAFELY REMOVE TRIAL VERSION OF MICROSOFT OFFICE STUDENT VERSION AND NORTON VIRUS SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON MY DAUGHTER'S LAPTOP AND REPLACE IT WITH LICENCED BOUGHT VERSIONS?
