ManageEngine OpManager=desktop,right click,recycle bin:MESS!

Hello.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium.
I'm trying for more than 2 months,to overpass the problems remained from killing(YES,you see well,it was impossible just to uninstall this fckng software)the ManageEngine OpManager.That program used to do exactly what is saying:to manage the whole system,and to make the system work-in a way-at advanced mode,and for online feeds,to co-operate with existed JAVA environment.
The software that killed the remained properties of ManageEngine OpManager after uninstall was the INFERNO 1.3 BETA.
I was a bit suspicious at first,with the opportunities they claimed this software offers,but i took the small risk (NOW I RECOGNISE IT WASN'T A SMALL RISK) to make a try and install it.
After 2 days, i saw that this software doesn't satisfied me,and i tried to uninstall it from control panel.But in the mean time (in the middle of uninstalling) came a message that this software cannot be completely uninstalled,because it "binded" closely with system,and some operations won't work properly anymore,if i choose to uninstall it.
I considered that this report had to do with co-operation of JAVA environment,and i continued....
THE PROBLEMS JUST BEGAN: I CANNOT CUT-COPY-PASTE-RENAME AT DESKTOP ,EVEN WITH CTRL-X,CTRL-V,CTRL-C,etc, I CANNOT USE PROPERLY THE RECYCLE BIN (I HAVE TO ADJUST SETTINGS OF RECYCLE BIN TO DIRECTLY DELETE SOMETHING,IF I MAKE THE MISTAKE TO SEND IT TO RECYCLE BIN FIRST,I CANNOT DELETE IT AFTER-RESIDUES INSIDE IT) ,AND I CANNOT USE THE WINDOWS SEARCH WITHOUT WAIT TOO LONG(ABOUT 50 TIMES LOWERED THE SPEED OF SEARCH,EVEN AFTER RE-ENABLING MANUALLY THE WINDOWS-SEARCH-INDEXER.
OF COURSE I TRIED TO RE-INSTALL ATTRIBUTES INSIDE REGEDIT TO 47-01-00-20,TO OVERPASS AT LEAST THE PROBLEMS OF CUT-COPY-PASTE-RENAME,BUT I SAW NO EFFECT AFTER THAT!!!

PLEASE GUYS,HELP ME! IDON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE I CAN DO ABOUT IT....
ANY HELP IS ACCEPTABLE.
