My problem in vista 64 bit plz help me

im having a vista 64bit ultimate..
the problem is i cant open mozilla web broser and evry time i click to the icon i there a f*ing message appear " use ie you dope" I dont have mozilla but use ie or else.." that is not my main prob.. icant surf to you tube because every i type the you tube ther another f*ing message saying that "you tube is blocked but the administrator is not he one who blocked it"

i know that a sofware problem but idont know what sofware and how to set up the options...

there a green H icon in the top of the message....


can anyone plzz help.....
