Hi ...i have vista basic ok...when i see a pic on the web and i "save picture as"
it says only save as art or bmp...it wont let me save as anything else ,, so when i try to open pictures it says this file is not supported so i cannot do sigs or nothing ...can someone tell me how i do this ...
