| I have recently bough a new Dell pc running on Windows Vista Home Premium but I can't get the system to recognise my Panasonic mini DV camcorder (or any other digital video camera). I keep getting the error that I need to go to the manufacturers website to download the specific driver for the camera but when I contacted Panasonic Technical Help they tell me that Vista contains all the drivers and that there is no additional driver required. Can anyone help? |
