| Comment: | At first, I also thought this product is fraud because I can't open my files after the trial period ends.But,there is a way if your files get locked after the trial period ends. Step 1 -In your PC, go to the the location where your instant lock application is located.Commonly, it will be in your Program Files. Step 2 Open your instant lock folder. Step 3 There will be some files,click Remove.exe. Step 4 It will ask your instant lock password.Then, enter your password and click log in. Step 5 Check back all your folders(that located in instant lock before) in your pc.It will be there.This means,instant will gives back all your folders after the trial ends.So, no need to worry about losing your files. |

| Comment: | DON'T USE THIS PROGRAM. It locks your files after trial period so you can't get them unlocked until you buy full version. Bought full version at website and paid $70 because they didn't show the price until you put your credit card information in and it's too late. Stay away from this product. They are frauds. |

| Comment: | It is not malware a great shareware. Those who think it is just read .FAQ instantlock.net/faq.asp#a30 You have to run uninstaller as admin because of Vista security restrictions. It is all explained if you God forbid, bother to read. |

| Comment: | so my accountant wants my business info that I thought was smart to Instantly Lock, but when the trial ended my files didn't just appear, they cannot be unlocked or found without being hijacked into purchasing the software. how do i get my files back without being forced into buying program, which i was considering but not anymore!! |

| Comment: | DON'T DOWNLOAD, DON'T INSTALL DON'T USE BEWARE THIS IS MALL WARE and it will hijack your files I have downloaded the software and installed it on my system, i have used with no major issues until the trail period expired then the software had locked and my files kept hidden with no ability to get them back until i pay for full version no option to uninstall or get your files back, this is a scam practice more then that i could no longer uninstall the software, it is using a hijacking technique exactly like ad ware and spy ware. needless to add that I was able to find my files in no time with little digging on my drive and using the same manual methods that I use to remove Hijackers i was able to delete the scam software from my system. |
