Comment:	I too experienced regisration problems, but did eventually get them resolved (both on my XP machine and my Vista machine). Unfortunately, I also have the problem that the logos look great on screen but will not publish in a high (or even acceptable) resolution. Last time I spoke with them, cust service said they would publish it for me, but have failed to do so. I have asked for a refund which they will not acknowledge. I will end up disputing my change if they cannot show me how to produce a high res, printable logo. Lesson learned: I will search for threads like this before I make another purchase from an 'unknown'!

Comment:	The program down loaded great in XP. Designed the best logo, but it is worthless because I cannot print a clear copy. Tried dozens of times, customer service continue's to give me the same answer...which I have tried over and over. Thinking it was me...I had someone else who knows the computer probably better than Logosmartz's customer service and NOPE.....all we get is a fuzzy version. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they don't help me soon, They sent me an e-mail saying I should buy their program to convert to .pdf....downloaded another .pdf trial program....that didn't work either. So this is a fun little software program to let your kids use....but worthless otherwise. Oh....I was really an idiot because I also bought the business card software....that didn't work any better.....

Comment:	I encounter the same problem with several of my softwares with Vista.The solution is to right click on the Desktop Icon and Go to Compatibility Tab.Check the option RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. The Software will start working

Comment:	The software is GREAT when it works in XP. I have a Dell Inspiron running Vista Home Basic and the PAID VERSION will not work. Customer service has given me all sorts of fixes but to no avail. They seem to be reluctant about giving me a refund. Promised me additional software at no charge.

Comment:	I also cannot get the paid version to run in Vista. Have been on the phone with customer service at least 6 times over the past week. They promise with each new email/link that they have fixed the problem, but it is not fixed. They have told me it is a known issue with Vista, but have not given me a refund. They are great at promising a fix, but to no avail.
