| Comment: | I've been using T&C and !ntellect that is the same but has a built-in mail client for some years along with the Lega Billing module since version 4. If there is one program I have that I could not get along without it is this one. Even after all these years, I'm continually finding things about it and using it as late as yesterday that dramatically improves my business and organization. Need to filter information about contacts, how about up to 250 filterable categories. Want to capture time and not spend hours making invoices, what about real time. Searching your hard drive for files realted to someone in the contact database, you can link files into the person in the system. It also is not tied to MS Office and can integrate with OpenOffice. Would like results when you ask for improvements; 2 of the recommendations I've made have been made and within months and not years. Only competitor in my preferences is the new Lotus Notes but compared to T&C it is very crude. IBM should use T&C as a model for improving notes. It would be fair as one of the asked for improvements I asked for and T&C now has was something I found a great feature in Lotus Organizer. I give the company and its products a 10 of 10. Weaknesses - the sync program to my MS based PPC that is not from T&C is less transparent than the T&C product had been but T&C discontinued the module. |
